摘要
分析电压匹配度对双有源桥(DAB)型全桥DC-DC变换器的电流应力和功率损耗的影响,证明当电压完全匹配时变换器的转换效率并非最优,适当提高可调侧的电压能够减轻重载时的电流应力和改善变换器的转换效率,据此提出了改良的选型规则和控制方法。开发了采用DAB电路的光伏多功能控制器,通过实验验证了理论分析的正确性与实际运行的可靠性。
The effects of voltage matching degree on current stress and power loss pertinent to a dual active bridge (DAB)DC-DC converter was analyzed. It could be proved that the energy conversion efficiency of the converter was not optimal when the voltages were perfectly matched. Properly increasing the voltage on the adjustable side could reduce current stress and improve the energy conversion efficiency under heavy load condition. Accordingly,the improved model selection and control method were proposed,and the multi-function photovoltaic(PV)controller using DAB circuit was developed correspondingly. The experiments demonstrate the correctness of the theoretical analysis and the reliability of practical operation.
