摘要
ORAC(氧自由基吸收能力)法可用于表征从蔬菜、水果、草药等植物中提取的生物活性物质的抗氧化活性。该法的自由基由AAPH提供,反应所用荧光探针可用B-藻红蛋白或荧光素,抗氧化活性用曲线下净面积法定量,用ORAC值表示,以Trolox作为标准抗氧化剂。ORAC法既可用于测定植物来源的抗氧化剂的活性,也可用于测定生物样品的活性。
The ORAC(Oxygen Radical Absorbance Capacity)method is used to characterize the antioxidant activity of bioactive substances extracted from vegetables,fruits,herbs and other plants.The free radical of this method is from AAPH and the fluorescent probe used in the reaction is B-phycoerythrin or fluorescein.The antioxidant activity is quantified by area under the curve method and expressed by ORAC value,and Trolox is used as the standard antioxidant.The ORAC method can be used to determine the activity of antioxidants from plant sources and biological samples.
