摘要
下承式简支钢桁梁受过往车辆撞击,致使下弦杆和节点板出现了局部变形。对受损后桥梁进行了现场检测和有限元分析,掌握了桥梁的状态和受力特征,提出了对受损杆件先实施矫正、然后增加钢板辅助受力的加固方法。对加固后桥梁开展了静载试验和有限元分析,结果表明加固后桥梁的强度、刚度和稳定性均满足规范要求,工作状态良好。
A through simply-supported steel truss beam is subjected to the impacts of passing vehicles,resulting in local deformations of the lower chord and the gusset plate.The f ield detection and f inite element analysis of the damaged bridge were carried out,and the state and stress characteristics of the bridge were grasped.This paper put forward a strengthening method of correcting the damaged members f irstly and then adding steel plates to help the damaged members to bear forces.Static loading test and f inite element analysis were carried out on the strengthened bridge.The results show that the strength,stiffness and stability of the strengthened bridge meet the requirements of the code and the working condition is good.
