脑源性神经营养因子与2型糖尿病及高血压的相关研究进展

摘要 脑源性神经营养因子(BDNF)是神经营养素家族的一员,具有修复神经元、调节突触活跃性和神经可塑性等功能,在神经系统发育中起重要作用。高血压是最常见的2型糖尿病的慢性并发症,胰岛素抵抗是高血压的主要发病原因,且高血压与BDNF的相关性也逐渐明确。BDNF不仅对改善胰岛素敏感性以及阻止2型糖尿病发展有较好的作用,还可在多种机制作用下介导高血压等心血管疾病的发展。进一步明确BDNF与2型糖尿病和高血压的关系,将对2型糖尿病和高血压的临床治疗起重要作用。 Brain-derived neurotrophic factor(BDNF)is a member of the neurotrophic family.It has the functions of repairing neurons,regulating synaptic activity and neuroplasticity,and plays an important role in the development of the nervous system.Hypertension is the most common chronic complication of type 2 diabetes mellitus,and insulin resistance is the main cause of hypertension,and the correlation between hypertension and BDNF is gradually clear.BDNF can not only improve insulin sensitivity and prevent the development of type 2 diabetes mellitus,but also mediate the development of cardiovascular diseases such as hypertension under various mechanisms.Further clarification of the relationship between BDNF and type 2 diabetes mellitus and hypertension will play an important role in the clinical treatment.
