肺磨玻璃结节胸腔镜术前定位的研究进展 被引量:11

摘要 肺磨玻璃结节是一类具有特殊影像学表现的肺结节,较肺实性结节具有更高的恶性概率,大部分经病理诊断为早期肺腺癌。近年来,随着低剂量螺旋CT在早期肺癌筛查中的开展,肺磨玻璃结节的检出率逐渐提高。目前临床上对于高度可疑恶性的肺磨玻璃结节,推荐尽早行胸腔镜手术切除以实现对肺癌的早诊早治,提高肺癌患者的生存率。但此类病灶在手术中往往难以触及,给术者带来极大挑战。因此,很多学者致力于研究胸腔镜术前定位方法,以便精准定位并标记此类病灶后行手术切除。 Ground-glass nodules(GGNs) are a kind of pulmonary nodules with special imaging manifestations,which are more likely to be malignant than solid pulmonary nodules.Most of them have been pathologically confirmed as early lung adenocarcinoma.In recent years,The detection rate of GGN has been gradually increased with the development of low-dose spiral CT in early lung cancer screening.Currently,for the lesions highly suspected to be malignant,early surgical resection is recommended by video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery to achieve early diagnosis and treatment of lung cancer,so as to improve the survival rate of the patients.However,such lesions are often difficult to reach in video- assisted thoracoscopic surgery wedge resection,which brings great difficulties to the operator.Therefore,many scholars are dedicated to studying the methods of preoperative localization in order to accurately locate and mark such lesions before surgery.
