摘要
肿瘤是威胁人类身体健康的一大疾病,肿瘤的早期发现、浸润、转移是影响疾病预后的关键。表皮生长因子样结构域(EGFL)基因家族成员的蛋白质结构相似,广泛分布于人体组织。EGFL家族成员通过介导胞外信号调节激酶、磷脂酰肌醇-3-激酶/蛋白激酶B、核因子κB等多条信号转导通路,参与肿瘤的增殖、转移及血管生成等多个生物学事件的调控。因此,深入研究EGFL家族成员在肿瘤发生、发展中的作用机制,有望为肿瘤的防治提供新的生物学标志物和治疗靶点。
Tumor is a major disease threatening human health.Early detection, invasion and metastasis of tumors are the key factors affecting the prognosis.The members of the epidermal growth factor-like domain(EGFL) gene family have similar protein structures and are widely distributed in human tissues. Members of the EGFL family participate in the regulation of biological events such as proliferation,metastasis and angiogenesis of tumors by mediating extracellular signal-regulated kinase,phosphatidylinositol-3-kinase/protein kinase B,nuclear factor κB and other signal transduction pathways.Therefore,in-depth study of the mechanism of EGFL family members in tumorigenesis and development is expected to provide new biological markers or therapeutic targets for tumor prevention and treatment.
