摘要
基于安徽省山洪灾害调查评价技术路线,通过对衙前河岳西县城段历史洪水、堤防现状调查分析,依据衙前河设计洪水成果,考虑毛尖山水库回水影响,以短板效应为原则,综合确定成灾水位和成灾流量,从而进一步推求雨量预警阈值,得出岳西站警戒水位为366.30m(300m^3/s)、保证水位为367.60m(890m^3/s)、1h临界雨量预警阈值为80mm,为有效防范山洪灾害提供技术支撑。
Based on the technical route of flash flood evaluation in Anhui Province,this paper investigates the his.torical floods and dykes in the Yuexi County section of Yaqian River,considers the design flood results of Yaqian River and the backwater effect of Maojianshan Reservoir,and determines the disaster water level and flow,so as to further deduce the warning threshold of rainfall.It is concluded that the warning water level of Yuexi Station is 366.30 m(300 m^3/s),the guaranteed water level is 367.60 m(890 m^3/s),and the critical warning threshold of 1 h is 80 mm;which provides technical support for effective prevention of flash flood disasters.
