摘要
目的探讨自我效能干预在乳腺癌患者内分泌治疗中的应用效果。方法回顾性调查2018年1-5月在我科接受内分泌治疗的乳腺癌患者100例,采用常规护理方法,2018年6-10月为观察组100例,在对照组的基础上增加自我效能干预,包括精准评估、健康宣教、个性化的干预方案和干预目标并实施、持续行为改变和症状控制;比较两组患者服药依从性和生活质量。结果护理3个月后,观察组患者的服药依从性得分(7.63±0.90)分和生活质量总得分(99.96±4.56)分均高于对照组的(6.19±2.17)分和(89.89±11.31)分,(P<0.05)。结论自我效能干预在乳腺癌内分泌患者中的应用效果良好,能提高患者的治疗依从性和生活质量。
Objective To explore the effect of self-efficacy intervention in endocrine therapy of mammary cancer patients.Methods A retrospective study was conducted on 100 mammary cancer patients who received oral endocrine therapy in our department from January to May 2018.Routine nursing methods were used.100 patients in the observation group from June to October 2018 were enrolled in the observation group.Self-efficacy intervention was added on the basis of the control group,Including accurate assessment,health education,personalized intervention programs and intervention objectives and implementation,continuous behavioral change and symptom control.Comparisons were made between the two groups on medication compliance and quality of life.Results After 3 months of nursing,the compliance and quality of life of the patients in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(7.63±0.90)and(99.96±4.56)respectively(6.19±2.17)and(89.89±11.31)(P<0.05).Conclusion Self-efficacy intervention has a good effect in mammary cancer patients with endocrine disease,and can improve patients’treatment compliance and quality of life.
