摘要
目的探讨核酸检测和血清学检测在输血传染病筛查中的应用。方法择取2017年1月-2019年2月我院住院部拟开展输血治疗的患者共1 000例参与研究,为本组患者开展核酸检测法和血清学检测法对患者的乙型肝炎表面抗原(HBsAg)、丙型肝炎病毒抗体(抗-HCV)、梅毒螺旋体抗体(抗-TP)及人类免疫缺陷病毒抗体(抗-HIV)阳性率等指标进行检测。统计本组患者HBsAg、抗-HCV、抗-TP、抗-HIV检测阳性率,比较两种检测方法的检测结果。结果核酸检查结果显示传染病阳性率1.00%(10/1 000),血清学检测结果传染病阳性率0.20%(2/1 000),统计学软件计算结果显示不同检测方式数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论联合应用核酸检测、血清学检测对输血传染病筛查效果更理想,能够及时发现和判定患者的异常情况,可及时采取处理措施。
Objective To investigate the application of nucleic acid detection and serological detection in the screening of transfusion infectious diseases.Methods A total of 1 000 patients who were enrolled in the inpatient department of our hospital from January 2017 to February 2019 were enrolled in this study.The patients were enrolled in this study.The nucleic acid test and serological test were performed on the patient’s hepatitis B surface.Antigen(HBsAg),hepatitis C virus antibody(anti-HCV),Treponema pallidum antibody(anti-TP),and human immunodeficiency virus antibody(anti-HIV)positive rate were measured.The positive rate of HBsAg,anti-HCV,anti-TP and anti-HIV detection in this group were compared,and the detection results of the two detection methods were compared.Results The results of nucleic acid examination showed that the positive rate of infectious diseases was 1.00%(10/1 000),and the positive rate of infectious diseases was 0.20%(2/1 000).The statistical software calculation results showed that the data of different detection methods were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined application of nucleic acid detection and serological detection is more ideal for the screening of transfusion infectious diseases.It can detect and determine the abnormal situation of patients in time,and can take timely treatment measures.
