摘要
目的探究支气管灌洗疗法对重症颅脑损伤患者气管切开并发肺部感染的治疗效果。方法选取我院2017年4月-2018年12月收治的74例重症颅脑损伤行气管切开并发肺部感染患者,随机法将其分为对照组、研究组各37例,对照组予以综合性治疗,研究组采用纤维支气管镜予以支气管灌洗疗法,比较两组患者治疗效果。结果治疗后,研究组总有效率(94.59%)高于对照组(78.38%),对比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组各项症状体征改善时间均短于对照组,对比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在综合性治疗基础上,对重症颅脑损伤气管切开并发肺部感染患者予以支气管灌洗疗法,疗效确切,快速缓解患者症状体征。
Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of bronchial lavage on tracheotomy complicated with pulmonary infection in patients with severe craniocerebral injury.Methods 74 cases of severe craniocerebral injury with tracheotomy complicated with pulmonary infection were selected from April 2017 to December 2018 in our hospital.They were randomly divided into control group and study group,37 cases in each group.The control group was treated comprehensively.The study group was treated with bronchofiberscope and broncholavage.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the study group(94.59%)was higher than that of the control group(78.38%)with significant difference(P<0.05);the improvement time of symptoms and signs of the study group was shorter than that of the control group,with significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion On the basis of comprehensive treatment,bronchial lavage is effective for severe craniocerebral injury patients with tracheotomy complicated with pulmonary infection.It can quickly relieve the symptoms and signs of patients.
