摘要
[目的]探讨女性乳腺癌病人配偶的自我效能和应对方式情况及两者的相关性。[方法]采用一般自我效能感量表(GSES)、简易应对方式问卷(SCSQ)对女性乳腺癌病人配偶120人进行调查分析。[结果]女性乳腺癌病人配偶的自我效能感得分为(21.83±3.06)分,处于中等水平,应对方式得分为(21.50±3.62)分,自我效能与应对方式总分呈正相关(r=0.912,P<0.05)。[结论]医护人员应采取相应措施提高其配偶的自我效能,促进照顾者采取积极的应对方式解决照顾过程中的相关问题,进而提高照顾者的生活质量及对病人的照护质量。
Objective:To explore the self-efficacy and coping styles of female breast cancer patients′spouses and their correlation.Methods:A total of 121 female breast cancer patients′spouses were investigated and analyzed by the General Self-Efficacy Scale(GSES)and Simple Coping Style Questionnaire(SCSQ).Results:The self-efficacy score of female breast cancer patients′spouses was(21.83±3.06),which was at a medium level.The coping styles score was(21.50±3.62).There was a positive correlation between self-efficacy and coping style(r=0.912,P<0.05).Conclusions:Medical staff should take corresponding measures to improve the self-efficacy of their spouses,and promote the caregivers to take active measures to solve related problems in the nursing process,thereby improving the quality of life of the caregivers and the nursing quality for patients.
