摘要
传统管理理论课程在高职教学中往往面临两大难题,一是内容抽象性,学生难以理解;二是难以创造条件让学生学用结合。本文本将以《员工激励》为例,通过教学分析、教学策略、混合设计、资源准备四个步骤进行线上线下混合教学设计,探讨混合教学模式下信息化技术解决此类教学难题的思路与方法。
Traditional management theory courses often face two major problems in higher vocational education. One is content abstraction, which is difficult for students to understand. Second, it is difficult to create conditions for students to combine learning. This paper will take "Employee Incentives" as an example. Through the four steps of teaching analysis, teaching strategy, mixed design and resource preparation, the paper will discuss the online and offline mixed teaching design, and explore the ideas of information technology to solve such teaching problems under the mixed teaching mode. method.
