摘要
我国正在由“管理型政府”向“治理型政府”迈进。语言作为语言规划学研究的核心,它既是社会治理的对象,也是社会治理的工具。加强和推进社会治理,探寻和创新社会治理体制,语言规划学的发展会起到一定的作用。在社会治理体系下研究语言规划学,既能推动学科自身的发展,也能带动邻近学科的进步,最重要的是能够完善社会治理体系的建设,实现社会治理的部分目标。
China's government is transforming from a management government to a governance government. Language, as the core of language planning research, is both the object and the tool of social governance. Development of language planning plays a role in strengthening and promoting social governance as well as exploring and innovating the system of social governance. The study of language planning under the social governance system can not only promote the development of the discipline itself, but also drive the progress of adjacent disciplines. What is most important of the study is that it can improve the construction of the social governance system and achieve some of the goals of social governance.
