摘要
校外实习是高校实践教学体系的重要组成部分。当前市场经济条件下,高校采用"协议+校外实习基地"、顶岗协议、劳务分包等不同方式为大学生提供校外实习活动,从而形成学校-大学生-实习接收方三者之间不同的法律关系。根据法律关系进一步明确大学生校外实习中的法律风险及责任分摊,为高校实践教学提供参考。
Off-campus internship is an important part of college field teaching system. Under the condition of current market economy, colleges and universities adopt different methods to provide college students with internship activities, such as "Agreement and off-campus practice base", over-the-counter agreement, and labor subcontracting, thereby forming different legal relationships among the school, college students and internship recipients. Further clarification of the legal risks and responsibilities of the college students during the off-campus internship according to the legal relationship can provide valuable references for field teaching in colleges and universities.
