摘要
采用AVL-Fire仿真软件建立了三维柴油机仿真模型,通过实验对该仿真模型进行了验证,利用标定的仿真模型预测了柴油机缸内生物燃油喷射、燃烧过程,分析了不同喷孔直径对该柴油机动力特性和排放特性的影响。结果表明,柴油机的喷孔直径对生物柴油的雾化起着关键性作用,选用0.26 mm孔径的喷油器,可以有效地改善燃油的雾化,但需要适当地增大喷油提前角和喷油压力,才能在有效地减小Soot排放的同时改善柴油机的经济性。
In this study,a three-dimensional diesel engine simulation model was established by AVL-Fire simulation software and validated by experiments.The calibrated simulation model was employed to predict the fuel atomization and combustion process of biodiesel diesel in the cylinder of diesel engine,and the effects of different nozzle diameter on the performance and emission performance of diesel engine were analyzed.The results show that the nozzle diameter of diesel engine plays a key role in the atomization of biodiesel.Choosing 0.26 mm nozzle can effectively improve the atomization of fuel,but it is necessary to increase the injection advance angle and injection pressure properly in order to effectively reduce Soot emissions and improve the economic efficiency of diesel engine.
