摘要
目的:探讨康复治疗在肺心病护理中的应用效果。方法:收治肺心病患者200例,随机分为两组各100例。对照组给予常规护理,康复治疗组在此基础上给予康复治疗。比较效果。结果:康复治疗组1s用力呼气容积(FEV1)、用力肺活量(FVC)、FEV1/FVC、峰流速(PEF)均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。康复治疗组气促消失、喘息、肺部哮鸣音或啰音、咳嗽消失时间均明显小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。康复治疗组满意度优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:康复治疗可明显改善肺心病患者的肺功能,患者满意度高。
Objective:To explore the effect of rehabilitation therapy in the nursing of pulmonary heart disease.Methods:200 patients with pulmonary heart disease were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 100 cases in each group, the control group was given routine care,while the rehabilitation group was given rehabilitation treatment on the basis of the control group,we compared the effect.Results:The forced expiratory volume(FEV1),forced vital capacity(FVC),FEV1/FVC and peak flow rate(PEF)in the rehabilitation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The disappearance time of shortness of breath,wheezing,the time of wheezing or disappearance of sputum in the lungs,and the disappearance time of cough were significantly less in the rehabilitation group than in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction degree of rehabilitation treatment group was better than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Rehabilitation therapy can significantly improve the pulmonary function of patients with cor pulmonale, and patients'satisfaction is high.
