摘要
目的统计贵州省人民医院近5年来病理科确诊为大肠癌和小肠癌的发病情况,并探讨Poly(ADP-ribose)polymerases 6(PARP6)、Survivin和ki-67在肠癌和正常肠组织中的表达。方法对肠癌患者资料进行分析;免疫组织化学法分别检测10例十二指肠癌、20例癌旁正常十二指肠黏膜、15例正常空肠黏膜、10例正常回肠黏膜、56例结肠癌、22例癌旁正常结肠黏膜、20例正常阑尾黏膜、18例正常盲肠黏膜和15例正常直肠黏膜中PARP6、Survivin和ki-67的表达水平,统计分析三者在肠癌组织和正常肠组织中的表达情况。结果 450例肠癌患者中,大肠癌构成比(94.9%)明显高于小肠癌构成比(5.1%);在正常肠组织和肠癌组织中,PARP6、ki-67主要表达于细胞核,Survivin主要表达于细胞浆。三者在正常大肠组织中表达水平明显高于正常小肠组织( P <0.05);三者在结肠癌中的表达水平明显高于其在十二指肠腺癌的表达( P <0.05)。结论近几年来大肠癌的构成比明显高于小肠癌,这可能与PARP6、Survivin和ki-67在正常的大肠组织中以及结肠癌组织中的高度表达有关,三者可能参与了大肠癌的发生发展;三个因子可望作为大肠癌的诊断靶点和治疗靶向。
Objective To investigate the incidence of colorectal cancer and small bowel cancer diagnosed in the pathology department of Guizhou Provincial People's Hospital in the past 5 years, and to investigate the expression of Poly (ADP-ribose) polymerases 6(PARP6), Survivin and ki-67 in intestinal cancer and normal intestinal tissues. Methods The data of patients diagnosed with intestinal cancer in the pathology department of Guizhou Provincial People's Hospital in the past 5 years were counted. In addition, expression levels of PARP6, Survivin and ki-67 in 10 cases of duodenal cancer, 20 cases of adjacent normal duodenal mucosa, 15 cases of normal jejunal mucosa, 10 cases of normal ileal mucosa, 56 cases of colon cancer, 22 cases of adjacent normal mucosa, 20 cases of normal appendix mucosa, 18 normal cecal mucosa and 15 normal rectal mucosa were detected by immunohistochemistry. Then statistical methods were used to analyze the expression levels of the three in intestinal cancer tissues and normal intestinal tissues. Results Among 450 patients with intestinal cancer, the ratio of colorectal cancer was significantly higher (94.9%) than that of small bowel cancer (5.1%). In normal intestinal tissues and in intestinal cancer, PARP6 and ki-67 were mainly expressed in the nucleus, and Survivin was mainly expressed in the cytoplasm. On the one hand, the expression levels of the three in normal colorectal tissues were significantly higher than those in normal small intestine tissues ( P <0.05);on the other hand, the expression levels of the three in colon cancer were significantly higher than those in duodenal adenocarcinoma ( P <0.05). Conclusion In recent years, the composition ratio of colorectal cancer is significantly higher than that of small bowel cancer. It may be related to the high expression of PARP6, Survivin and ki-67 in normal colorectal tissues and colon cancer.
