摘要
对纯棉针织罗纹布平幅加工褶皱性进行了探究。首先,利用折皱回复角法表征了纯棉针织罗纹布褶皱产生的方向性,结果表明罗纹布横向具有较大的抗皱性,纵向的抗皱性稍差,但差异并不显著。随后,探究了堆置方式、汽蒸时间、带液率、练漂前处理、预定型温度等条件对针织罗纹布平幅加工褶皱性的影响并分析了具体原因。
The wrinkle of the cotton knit rib fabric during the open width treatment process was explored. Firstly, the crease of the cotton rib was characterized by the wrinkle recovery angle method. The results showed that the rib fabric had large crease resistance in the transverse direction but the longitudinal crease resistance was slightly poor. Subsequently, the effects of stacking method. steaming time, liquid pick up and pre-treatment temperature on the wrinkle of knitted rib fabric during flat processing were analyzed.
