摘要
桶式基础结构因其可工厂化预制、水上施工工艺简单、无噪声污染和环境污染等特点应用于防波堤工程及护岸工程。在徐圩港区直立式东防波堤工程使用过程中,出现台风期局部走道板下方橡胶支座缺失导致板体发生变位,影响结构的直观观感和使用。文章结合实际使用及监测情况进行走道板连接优化设计,采用多点预留后浇带设计,减少橡胶支座使用量,降低工程造价,同时使底板应力分布均匀,避免走道板与上筒纯固接而产生的上筒边缘出现应力过大现象。可为类似走道板连接设计提供参考。
Bucket-based structure is used in breakwater engineering and revetment engineering because of its factory prefabrication, simple water construction technology, no noise pollution and environmental pollution. During the application of east vertical breakwater project in Xuwei Port Area, the lack of rubber bearings under the road slab during typhoon period resulted in large displacement of the slab, which affected the intuitive perception and use of the structure. In this paper, aiming at the optimal design of road slab connection in combination with actual use and monitoring, multi-point reserved post-pouring belt design is adopted to reduce the use of rubber bearings, reduce the cost of construction, and make the stress distribution of the floor uniform, so as to avoid the phenomenon of excessive stress at the edge of the upper cylinder caused by the pure fixing of the road slab and the upper cylinder. It can provide a reference for similar road slab connection design.
