摘要
目的观察探讨对牙髓炎或根尖炎患者应用强化钙糊剂联合根管治疗术治疗的临床效果。方法将该院2016年1月—2019年3月期间收集治疗的牙髓炎或根尖炎患者126例作为该次实验的临床观察对象,根据不同的治疗方法将所有患者平均分成各63例的实验和对照组,给予实验组患者氢氧化钙糊剂联合根管治疗术的治疗方式,对照组使用氧化锌碘仿丁香油黏固粉在术后进行填充,总结比较两组患者的临床治疗效果、根管疼痛程度变化。结果经过治疗实验组的临床治疗总有效率88.89%显著高于对照组76.19%(χ^2=7.192 2,P<0.05),牙周袋探诊深度、探诊后出血指数、牙龈指数、菌斑指数的评分均低于对照组(t=17.18、17.19、17.15、17.19,P<0.05),根管疼痛发生率显著低于对照组(χ^2=7.192 9、7.152 2、7.192 2,P<0.05),两组患者的临床疗效、牙周指数、根管疼痛程度变化比较结果差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对牙髓炎或根尖炎患者应用上述两种方式联合治疗的效果确切,能够促使患者的疼痛减轻,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of intensive calcium paste combined with root canal therapy in patients with pulpitis or apical inflammation. Methods A total of 126 patients with pulpitis or apical inflammation collected from January 2016 to March 2019 in our hospital were included as clinical observation subjects. All patients were divided into 63 cases according to different treatment methods. In the experimental and control groups, the patients in the experimental group were treated with calcium hydroxide paste combined with root canal therapy. The control group was filled with zinc oxide iodoform clove oil cement after surgery, and the clinical treatment of the two groups was compared. The effect and the degree of root canal pain change. Results The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the treatment group was 88.89%, which was significantly higher than that in the control group (76.19%)(χ^2=7.192 2,P<0.05). The depth of probing, the post-exploration bleeding index, the gingival index, and the plaque index were low. In the control group(t=17.18, 17.19, 17.15, 17.19,P<0.05), the incidence of root canal pain was significantly lower than that of the control group (χ^2=7.192 9, 7.152 2, 7.192 2,P<0.05). The clinical efficacy, periodontal index, and root canal pain were compared between the two groups. The results of the change comparison were statistically significantly different(P<0.05). Conclusion The combination of the above two methods for patients with pulpitis or apical inflammation is effective and can promote the pain relief of patients, which is worthy of clinical application.
