摘要
目的探究在妊娠糖尿病(GDM)孕妇中应用综合护理干预的效果。方法临床纳入2018年1—10月间该院接收的GDM孕妇共78例,采取数字表法随机分成两组各39例,对照组应用降糖治疗与常规护理,观察组在前者基础上加以综合护理干预,对两组护理效果进行观察。结果护理前,两组血糖水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,观察组血糖水平明显较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组妊高症、胎膜早破、羊水过多、剖宫产及早产发生率明显较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论给予GDM孕妇综合护理干预能降低其血糖水平,改善其妊娠结局,值得采用。
Objective To investigate the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM). Methods A total of 78 pregnant women with GDM received from our hospital from January to October 2018 were randomly divided into two groups,39 patients in the control group. The control group was treated with hypoglycemic therapy and routine nursing. The observation group was given comprehensive nursing intervention on the basis of the former. The effects of the two groups of nursing were observed. Results Before treatment,the difference of blood glucose levels between the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05). After nursing,the blood glucose level of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The incidence of pregnancy-induced hypertension,premature rupture of membranes,polyhydramnios,cesarean section and preterm birth was significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group,the difference was significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention for GDM pregnant women can reduce their blood glucose levels and improve their pregnancy outcomes,which is worthy of adoption.
