摘要 对目前国内外液压支架电液控制系统的应用及研发进行调查,研究设计了一种可自动耦合的电液控制系统。设计了此控制系统的整体结构,并对液压支架控制器的硬件结构进行了设计,其中包括DSP最小系统、电源电路与晶振电路的设计,在软件部分设计了系统主程序的流程图,对基于CAN的通讯系统进行了设计。通过该系统的应用,有效的提升了各个液压支架间的联动性与可靠性,对提高综采工作面的自动化程度具有重要意义。 In this paper, through investigating the application and research and development of the electro-hydraulic control system of hydraulic support at home and abroad, an automatic coupling electro-hydraulic control system is studied and designed. The overall structure of the control system is designed, as well as the hardware structure of the hydraulic support controller, including design for the DSP minimum system, the power supply circuit and the crystal oscillator circuit. The flow chart of the main program of the system is designed in the software part;the CAN-based communication system is then designed. Through application of the system, linkage and reliability between the hydraulic supports are greatly improved, which is of great significance for improving the automation degree of the fully mechanized mining face.
