摘要
针对工程车辆运输过程中渣土洒落,严重污染道路及周围的环境的现状,研制了一种通过减速电机和辅助强力拉簧,控制篷布缠绕辊筒正反转,使拐臂向后或向前摆动,实现篷布整体开合的拐臂式散装物料遮盖装置。该装置可有效防止散装物料洒落、抑制扬尘,具有一定的推广价值。
In view of the current situation of slag sprinkling and serious pollution of roads and surrounding environment in the transportation process of engineering vehicle, a new kind of inflection arm type bulk material covering device is developed in this paper. By decelerating the motor and auxiliary strong pulling spring, the device controls the positive and negative rotation of the tarpaulin winding roller, which makes the arm swing backward or forward so as to realize the overall opening and closing of the tarp cloth. The device can effectively prevent the falling of bulk materials and suppress the dust, and it has a certain popularization value.
