摘要 3DP是快速成型技术的一种工艺,利用粉末状金属或陶瓷等可粘合材料,通过逐层粘结的方式来构造物体。基于3DP工艺,设计并制造一种的桌面级3D打印机,该打印机以步进电机驱动同步带传动,利用滑块控制喷头在x、y坐标平面内行进并且带动铺粉装置工作,以及驱动z坐标轴升降机构配合打印作业。该打印机结构新颖,应用面广,打印无需支撑结构,填补3DP的桌面级打印机市场空白。 The 3DP is a kind of rapid prototyping technology, which uses the powder metal or ceramics and other adhesive materials to construct objects by layer bonding. A desktop 3D printer based on 3DP is designed and manufactured in this paper. The printer is driven by a stepper motor with a synchronous belt, and the sprinkler head is controlled by a slider to move in the x and y coordinate planes and drive the powder spreading device to work. In addition, the lifting mechanism of the Z coordinate axis is driven to cooperate with the printing operation. This printer has a novel structure and wide application range, and there is no need for supporting structure while printing;it fills the gap of desktop printer market of 3DP.
