摘要
以赣州南康的家具市场,人工喷涂的劳动强度大等问题,设计了一种类似数控加工中心的板式家具自动喷涂机。基于喷涂机中的喷涂组件,研究其在实际工况中的受力状态,借助ANSYS软件进行静力学分析,针对分析结果实现喷涂组件结构参数优化设计,通过对齿条的模态分析,得到了齿条前八阶固有频率和模态振型,找出了齿条工作时的固有频率范围,在53.041~919.72Hz之间,保证喷枪在实际工作中不会因为共振现象而使精度受到影响,对整个系统的振动安全状况也起到防护作用。
In this paper, aiming at the high labor intensity problem of manual spraying in the Nankang furniture market of Ganzhou, a kind of automatic spraying machine for plate-type furniture similar to CNC machining center is designed. Based on the spraying components of the spraying machine, the force state in the actual working condition is studied. The ANSYS software is used to carry out the statics analysis. The structural parameters of the spraying component are optimized according to the analysis results. Through modal analysis of the rack, the first eight-order natural frequency and mode shape of the rack is then obtained;the natural frequency range when the rack is working is between 53.041~919.72 Hz, to ensure that the gun will not be affected by the resonance phenomenon in the actual work. It also protects the vibration safety of the entire system.
