摘要
针对当代中国能源技术进步与外部输入能源特征,提出外部能源偏向型技术进步概念,并进行了理论分析与实证应用扩展研究。结果表明,1992-2007年中国外部能源偏向型技术进步指数总体处于较高稳态水平,在2007年到达峰值后,2008年出现了断崖式下跌,并持续下跌至考察末期2015年。结果预示着外部能源偏向型技术进步支撑潜在经济增长发展方式的结束,中国需要符合未来能源使用大趋势的技术准备与产业布局的同时,应注重继续挖掘基于外部能源特征技术进步与扩散的收益潜力。
Aiming at contemporary China’s energy technology and external input energy characteristics,the concept of external energy bias technological advances has been proposed and the corresponding theoretical and empirical models have been extended and analyzed.The results show that China’s external energy bias technology progress index is generally at a relatively stable level since 1992 to 2007.After reaching its peak in 2007,it experienced a cliff fall in 2008 and continued falling until the end of the survey period in 2015.The results indicate the period of potential economic growth supported by external energy bias technological advances comes to the end.China needs technological preparations and industrial layout which match the general trends in future energy use,also should exploit the potential benefits of technological progress and diffusion based on external energy characteristics.
