Objective To investigate the effects of enteral nutrition preparation on postoperative function of patients with acoustic neuromaon. Methods One hundred and three patients with acoustic neuroma who were admitted and treated by surgery in our hospital from October 2015 to February 2017 were randomly divided into experimental group(n=51) and control group(n=51).After operation, the patients in control group received dietary guidance, and the patients in experimental group received compound oral peptide solution and dietary fiber probiotics on the basis of control group. The hospitalization time, out-of-bed activity time, the incidence rate of venous thrombosis and the immunity status of patients were observed and compared between the two groups. Results After enteral nutrition preparation intervention, the hospitalization time and out-of-bed activity time in experimental group were significantly shorter than those in control group, moreover, the incidence rate of venous thrombosis was significantly decreased, and the immunity function of patients was significantly improved in experimental group(P<0.05).Conclusion The enteral nutrition preparation can effectively improve the nutritional status, shorten the out-of-bed activity time and hospitalization time, and improve the immunity function of patients with acoustic neuroma after surgical treatment, thus, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
