摘要
与肝纤维化密切相关的转化生长因子(transforming growth factor beta1,TGF-β1)及其下游信号因子Smads家族蛋白既可促进肝星状细胞活化,又可调节细胞外基质合成与降解,从而控制肝纤维化的发生发展。而TGF-β1/Smads信号通路是TGF-β1促进肝纤维化的关键转导途径。文章就TGF-β1/Smads信号通路在肝纤维化中的调控作用综述,为肝纤维化的治疗提供参考。
Transforming growth factor beta1(TGF-β1)and its downstream signal factor Smads family proteins,which are closely related to liver fibrosis,can not only promote the activation of hepatic stellate cells,but also regulate the synthesis and degradation of extracellular matrix,thus controlling the occurrence and development of liver fibrosis.TGF-beta 1/Smads signaling pathway is the key pathway of TGF-beta 1 promoting liver fibrosis.This article reviews the regulatory role of TGF-β1/Smads signaling pathway in hepatic fibrosis,providing a reference for the treatment of hepatic fibrosis.
