摘要
针对不同的桥梁结构形式及换架环境,提出了一种利用“架桥机”进行桥梁换架施工作业的新方法,并设计出换架施工的配套设备。方案采用铁路架桥机的“逆过程”进行换架,对“T”型梁片进行分片吊离,采用倒装龙门吊和运梁平车配合“T”梁的运输。换梁设备能更换32米及以下跨度预应力钢筋混凝土“T”形梁片,同时随铺轨排,换架一孔32米梁周期不大于2小时,同时解决了跨河桥梁换架的难题。通过对此项技术的研究,不但有利于推动我国对既有铁路桥改造过程中的技术攻关,也为我国高架桥梁换架做了技术储备,具有较高的实用价值。
For different forms of bridges and conditions,a new beam-replacing method of using the"bridge erecting machine"is put forward in the paper,with construction equipment.The draft replaces the bridge by using the reverse process of the bridge erecting machine,hanging the"T"beams respectively,using the reverse gantry crane and transportation truck for the transport of the T-girder bridge.The equipment of beam-replacing can replace concrete T-girder bridge about 32 meters and the following,while laying the track panel,not more than two hours for a 32 meters beam,addressing the problems of beam-replacing under the river-crossing condition.It is of much practical to study the technical scheme,not only may help tackle the key technical difficulties in the process of transforming the existing railways in our country,but also provide technical reserves for replacing the beam of the railway bridge with tall piers.
