摘要
在分析新建轨道交通产业集群市场占有率影响因素后,选择运输距离、产品价格、产品供应程度、核心技术敏感度、政府扶持力度为特性变量,建立基于Logit模型的新建轨道交通产业集群市场占有率模型,并依据轨道交通产品购买商SP调查数据,借助数据统计软件SPSS22.0,对模型参数进行估计和检验,确定市场占有率模型。结果表明,该模型估计值与实际情况相符,精度达80%以上,可很好的应用于新建轨道交通产业集群市场占有率分析。
After analyzing the factors affecting the market share of new rail transit industry clusters,this paper chooses transportation distance,product price,product supply level,core technology sensitivity and government support as characteristic variables,and establishes a new rail transit industry cluster market share based on Logit model.According to the SP survey data of the rail transit product purchaser,the data statistics software SPSS22.0 is used to estimate and test the model parameters and determine the market share model.The results show that the estimated value of the model is consistent with the actual situation,and the accuracy is over 80%,which can be well applied to the market share analysis of the new rail transit industry cluster.
