摘要
目的探讨品管圈活动在提高压疮伤口会诊合格率中的应用价值。方法选取2017年3月1日至3月30日我院收治的134例压疮患者为品管圈管理前组,另选取2017年10月1日至10月30日收治的134例压疮患者为品管圈管理后组。品管圈管理前组给予常规会诊,品管圈管理后组按品管圈设计压疮伤口会诊制度、流程进行。比较两组患者压疮伤口会诊的合格率、压疮治愈率,并对品管圈活动后的无形成果进行分析。结果品管圈管理后组患者的压疮伤口会诊合格率及压疮伤口治愈率明显高于品管圈管理前组(P<0.05)。活动后,各圈员的积极性、沟通协调能力、团队凝聚力及解决问题等能力均得到明显提高。结论品管圈活动能够显著提高压疮患者的护理效果,其不仅能够提高压疮伤口会诊合格率,而且可提高患者的压疮治愈率和护理满意度。
Objective To explore the application value of quality control circle activity in improving qualified rate of pressure sore wound consultation. Methods A total of 134 patients with pressure sore admitted in our hospital from March 1 to March 30, 2017 were selected as pre-management group of quality control circle, and another 134 patients with pressure sore from October 1 to October 30, 2017 were selected as post-management group of quality control circle. The premanagement group of quality control circle was given routine consultation, and the post-management group of quality control circle was given the wound consultation system and process according to the design of quality control circle. The qualified rate of pressure sore wound consultation and the cure rate of pressure sore were compared between the two groups. The invisible achievements after the quality control circle activity were analyzed. Results The qualified rate and cure rate of pressure sore wound of patients in the post-management group of quality control circle were significantly higher than those in the pre-management group of quality control circle (P<0.05). After the activity, each circle member's enthusiasm, communication and coordination ability, team cohesion, problem solving ability and so on improved significantly. Conclusion Quality control circle activity can significantly improve the nursing effects of patients with pressure sore, which can not only improve the qualified rate of pressure sore wound consultation, but also improve the sore rate of pressure sore and nursing satisfaction of patients.
