摘要
目的探讨推拿结合超短波治疗膝骨关节炎的临床效果。方法选取我院收治的125例膝骨关节炎患者作为研究对象,按照治疗方式的不同将其分为对照组(62例,行超短波治疗)与观察组(63例,行推拿结合超短波治疗)。比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组患者的VAS、WOMAC评分低于对照组,HSS评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论推拿结合超短波治疗膝骨关节炎效果理想,可改善患者膝关节功能,缓解患者疼痛感,值得推广应用。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of massage combined with ultrashort wave in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis. Methods A total of 125 patients with knee osteoarthritis admitted in our hospital were selected as the study objects and divided into control group (62 cases, treated with ultrashort wave) and observation group (63 cases, treated with massage combined with ultrashort wave) according to the different treatment methods. The treatment effects of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the scores of VAS, WOMAC in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the score of HSS in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Massage combined with ultrashort wave in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis has an ideal effect, which can improve the knee joint function and relieve pain of patients. It is worth popularizing and applying.
