摘要 目的分析SBAR沟通模式在护理交接班的应用效果。方法选择从2017年8月-2018年9月收治的70例重症监护室危重症患者纳入本研究,依据入院单双号的原则将其分为两组,命名为研究组和参照组,分别开展SBAR沟通模式和常规交接,对比护理投诉事件发生率、护理风险事件发生率、家属护理满意度。结果研究组护理投诉事件发生率低于参照组,P < 0.05。研究组护理风险事件发生率也显著低于参照组,P < 0.05。研究组患者家属满意度(97.14%)显著高于参照组(80.00%),P < 0.05。结论在护理交接班中应用SBAR 沟通模式可将护理风险事件和投诉事件发生率显著降低,患者家属对护理服务的满意度有所提升。 Objective To analyze the application effect of SBAR communication mode in nursing handover. Methods 70 critically ill patients admitted to the intensive from August 2017 to September 2018 were enrolled in the study. They were randomly divided into two groups according to the principle of admission single and double numbers, named research group and reference group. SBAR communication mode and routine handover, comparing the incidence of nursing complaints, the incidence of nursing risk events, and the satisfaction of family care. Results The incidence of nursing complaints in the study group was lower than that in the reference group, P < 0.05. The incidence of nursing risk events in the study group was also significantly lower than that in the reference group, P < 0.05. The satisfaction of family members of the study group (97.14%) was significantly higher than that of the reference group (80.00%), P < 0.05. Conclusion The application of SBAR communication mode in nursing handover can significantly reduce the incidence of nursing risk events and complaints, and the patient's family's satisfaction with the nursing service has improved.
