摘要
为研究干旱胁迫条件对植物生长的影响,开展对油茶苗的水分胁迫试验。试验设置4个水分梯度,通过研究不同干旱胁迫环境下轻基质油茶苗苗高、地径、生物量及根冠比等的变化,了解其水分利用特性。结果表明,随着胁迫程度的加重,油茶幼苗的苗高增量、地径增量、生物量增量均呈现下降趋势,而油茶苗的根冠比显著提高。黔油1号具有一定抗旱能力,但持续干旱会影响幼苗生长,应及时补水。
In order to study the effects of water stress conditions on plant growth, a water stress test on Camellia oleifera seedlings was carried out. Four water gradients were set up to study the changes in water use characteristics of seedling height, ground diameter, biomass and root-shoot ratio of light substrate oil seedlings under different Water stress conditions. The results showed that with the influence of water stress, the seedling height increment, ground diameter increment and biomass increase of Camellia oleifera seedlings showed a downward trend, while the root-shoot ratio of Camellia oleifera seedlings increased significantly. Qianyou No. 1 has a certain ability to resist drought, but continuous drought will affect the growth of seedlings, and water should be replenished in time.
