摘要
目的:探讨五心穴穴位按摩预防ICU综合征的应用效果。方法:选择笔者所在医院2018年1月-2019年1月入住ICU≤1周的128例患者,均符合纳入、排除标准。按照随机原则分为对照组和观察组,对照组采取常规护理,观察组采取常规护理+五心穴穴位按摩。比较两组ICU综合征发生率、谵妄发生率、睡眠质量评分、入住ICU时间。结果:观察组ICU综合征发生率、谵妄发生率、睡眠质量评分、入住ICU时间均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在常规护理基础上,五心穴穴位按摩对预防ICU综合征的应用效果理想。
Objective:To explore the application effect of Wuxin acupoint acupoint massage to prevent ICU syndrome.Method:A total of 128 patients who were admitted to the ICU for no more than 1 week from January 2018 to January 2019 in our hospital were enrolled,and all patients meet the inclusion and exclusion criteria.The patients were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random principle.The control group took routine nursing,and the observation group took routine nursing+Wuxin acupoint acupoint massage.The incidence of ICU syndrome,the incidence of delirium,sleep quality score and ICU stay time were compared between the control group and the observation group.Result:The incidence of ICU syndrome,incidence of delirium,sleep quality score and ICU stay time in the observation group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of Wuxin acupoint acupoint massage on the basis of routine nursing to prevent ICU syndrome is effective.
