摘要
目的:研究分析多发伤患者的院前急救护理方法及安全转运方法,探究优化院前急救护理转运方案后的应用价值与临床应用可行性。方法:2018年2月-2019年2月笔者所在医院共收治多发伤患者224例,按照随机分层法将224例多发伤患者分为两组,对照组应用常规院前急救护理与转运,观察组应用优化后的院前急救护理与安全转运,比较两组多发伤患者死亡率、受伤至院前救治时间、满意度评分。结果:观察组患者死亡率低于对照组,受伤至院前救治时间短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者满意度评分优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:多发伤患者应用院前急救护理与安全转运,有助于提高患者的生存率,减少患者受伤至院前救治时间,值得在临床推广应用。
Objective:To study and analyze the methods of pre-hospital emergency care and safe transportation for patients with multiple injuries,and to explore the value of application and feasibility of clinical application after optimizing the pre-hospital emergency care transfer scheme.Method:From February2018 to February 2019,224 patients with multiple injuries were treated in our hospital.They were divided into two groups according to the random stratification method.The control group applied the first-aid nursing and transhipment in the routine hospital.The observation group applied the optimized first-aid nursing and safe transfer before the hospital,and the mortality of the two groups with multiple injuries and the time of the pre-hospital treatment and the satisfaction score were compared.Result:The mortality rate of patients in the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the time from injury to pre-hospital treatment was significantly shorter than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction score of the patients in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of pre-hospital emergency nursing and safe transportation in patients with multiple injuries is helpful to improve the survival rate of patients and reduce the time from injury to prehospital treatment.It is worth popularizing and applying in clinical practice.
