摘要 环境与食品安全检测是环境保护与保证食品安全达标的重要技术支持,不仅保证了人们的身体健康,对于我国社会的发展也是非常有利的。传统的环境与食品安全检测主要是采用离线分析的方式,尽管检测效果相对较好,但是所需要的时间相对较长,并且检测程序相对较为复杂,在很多场合都受到了限制。因此,为了提升环境与食品安全检测的性能,降低其使用的局限性,逐渐将新型化学修饰电极应用到其中,并且凭借灵敏度高、分析速度快等优势,实现了良好的效果,对其行业的发展,也给予了一定的支持。 Environmental and food safety testing is an important technical support for China’s environmental protection and food safety standards, and it not only ensures people’s health, but also is very beneficial to the development of our society. The original environment and food safety testing mainly adopts offline analysis. Although the detection effect is relatively good, the required detection time is relatively long, and the detection procedure is relatively complicated, which is limited in many occasions.Therefore, in order to improve the performance of environmental and food safety testing and reduce the limitations of its use, new chemically modified electrode applications are gradually applied to it, and with its strong sensitivity and fast analysis speed, it achieves good results. It also gave certain support to the development of its industry.
