摘要
目的探讨血液灌流(HP)联合血液透析(HD)治疗尿毒症皮肤瘙痒(UP)的临床效果。方法回顾性分析2017年2月~2018年8月我院收治的90例UP患者的临床资料,按照治疗方案的不同分为观察组和对照组,每组各45例。对照组行HD治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上联合HP进行治疗。比较两组的治疗效果、治疗前后血清甲状旁腺激素(PTH)、β2-微球蛋白、磷检测水平及瘙痒评分。结果观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后血清PTH、β2-微球蛋白、磷检测结果及瘙痒评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论HP联合HD配合针对性护理能有效提升对UP的治疗效果,改善患者血清指标和瘙痒症状,值得临床推荐。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of hemoperfusion (HP) combined with hemodialysis (HD) in the treatment of uremic pruritus (UP). Methods The clinical data of 90 patients with UP admitted to our hospital from February 2017 to August 2018 were retrospectively analyzed. They were divided into the observation group and the control group according to different treatment schemes, 45 cases in each group. The control group was treated with HD, while the observation group was treated with HP on the basis of the control group. The therapeutic effect, serum parathyroid hormone(PTH),β2-microglobulin, phosphorus level and itching score were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05), and the serum PTH,β2-microglobulin, phosphorus test results and itching score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion HP combined with HD and targeted nursing can effectively improve the treatment effect of UP, improve serum indicators and itching symptoms, which is worthy of clinical recommendation.
