肌少症和骨质疏松症交联调控的运动干预 被引量:19

摘要 增龄伴随肌少症和骨质疏松症发生,肌少症和骨质疏松症的病理生理学、病因以及两者之间的关系十分复杂,均受到基因多效性、内分泌激素、力学刺激、运动强度、维生素D等多种因素调节,同时肌肉衍生物还会对骨骼生长发育产生影响。运动是调节增龄性疾病的有效手段之一,其中肌少症多采用抗阻运动,而骨质疏松症多采用直接应力性刺激。进一步探索发现,运动改善肌肉进而提高骨质量;反之,骨质量提高改善肌肉质量。本文通过梳理两者联系和桥梁,探寻和整合相关调节因素,为运动改善肌骨共减综合症提供参考。 Aging is complicated with sarcopenia and osteoporosis, and the pathophysiology, etiology and relationship between sarcopenia and osteoporosis are complex. Both are affected by gene pleiotropic, endocrine hormones, mechanics stimulation, exercise intensity, vitamin D and other factors. Muscle derivatives have an impact on bone growth and development. Exercise intervention is one of the effective means to regulate age-related diseases, but resistance exercise is used for sarcopenia, and direct stress stimulation is used for osteoporosis. Further exploration indicated exercise could improve muscles and bone quality. Conversely, bone quality improves muscle mass. This paper review the factors of sarcopenia and osteoporosis, and provide reference for exercise to improve osteosarcopenia.
