摘要
火电厂入炉煤耗计量数据是发供电煤耗的一项重要指标之一,煤耗也是评价机组工作中状态优秀水平的重要指标。传统的入炉煤计量方法是通过皮带秤计量出几台机组入炉煤的总量,无法准确地计量单台机组的入炉煤量,进而难以精确统计每台机组的发电效率,文章分析了目前电厂入炉煤计量实施的现状提出了一些改进入炉煤计量的建议。
The coal consumption measurement data of power plants is an important indicator of coal consumption for power supply.Coal consumption is also an important indicator for evaluating the excellent level of state in the work of the unit.The traditional method of measuring coal is to measure the total amount of coal entering several units through the belt,and it is impossible to accurately measure the amount of coal in a single unit.It is difficult to accurately calculate the power generation efficiency of each unit.The article discusses the current status of the implementation of coal metering in power plants and puts forward some suggestions for improving the measurement of coal into the furnace.
