摘要
本文结合韶钢炼钢厂废钢平台秤现场使用及维护情况,分析其故障率高的主要原因,并有针对性的提供问题解决方案。通过对设备攻关改造前后设备使用状态对比论证设备攻关方案的科学性,阐述废钢平台秤使用过程中,降低设备故障率,提高运行稳定性的具体措施和方法。
This paper combines shaogang steelmaking plant,site use and maintenance of steel scrap platform scale,the main reasons of high failure rate are analyzed,and provide targeted solutions to problems.Through comparing the working conditions of the equipment before and after the transformation,this paper demonstrates the scientificity of the equipment working plan,and expounds the specific measures and methods to reduce the failure rate of the equipment and improve the operation stability during the use of the scrap steel platform scale.
