摘要
目的研究在老年阑尾炎患者中采取小切口阑尾手术治疗的临床效果。方法将本院收治的100例老年阑尾炎患者随机将其分为开放性阑尾手术治疗组和小切口阑尾手术治疗组各50例,比较2组患者并发症发生率、临床治疗有效率、VAS评分、术中出血量、切口长度、住院天数、排气时间、生活质量评分。结果小切口阑尾手术治疗组老年阑尾炎患者临床治疗有效率、生活质量评分均高于开放性阑尾手术治疗组,术中出血量、切口长度、住院天数、排气时间少于或短于开放性阑尾手术治疗组,VAS评分、并发症发生率低于开放性阑尾手术治疗组,2组患者各项统计指标的差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将小切口阑尾手术治疗用于老年阑尾炎患者中具有临床显著价值,可降低并发症发生率,减少疼痛程度,提升治疗效果。
Objective To study the clinical effect of small incision appendectomy on elderlyappendicitis. Methods Totally 100 elderly inpatients with appendicitis were randomly divided into an open appendectomy group and a small incision appendectomy group with 50 cases in each group from January 2017 to April 2018. The complication rate, clinical efficiency, VAS score, intraoperative blood loss, incision length, length of hospital stay, exhaust time, and life quality scores were investigated and compared between the two groups. Results In the small incision appendectomygroup, the clinical efficiency and life quality scores were higher than those in the open appendectomy group. The intraoperative blood loss, incision length, hospitalization days, and exhaust time in the small incision appendectomygroupwere less/shorter than those in the the open appendectomy group, and in addition, the VAS score and complication rate in the small incision appendectomy group were lower than those in the open appendectomy group(P<0.05). Conclusion The small incision appendectomy has a significant clinical value in the treatment of elderly patients with appendicitis, it can reduce the incidence of complications,reduce the degree of pain, and improve the therapeutic effect.
