骨髓细胞学检查在全血细胞减少症中的诊断价值 被引量:2

摘要 目的分析全血细胞减少症通过骨髓细胞学进行检查的价值。方法从本院2017年5月-2018年5月随机选取100例全血细胞减少症患者为研究对象,采用骨髓细胞学进行检查,总结病因。结果造血系统疾病45例,占45.00%,骨髓象特征中Ⅲ级骨髓增生占34.44%,Ⅳ级骨髓增生以下占12.34%。患者中出现骨髓形态发生异常的情况比较多,其中出现白细胞以及巨幼红细胞都存在不同程度病态的造血情况。非造血系统疾病所导致全血细胞减少55例,占55.00%,骨髓象特征中出现Ⅲ级骨髓增生的患者占65.56%,而患者中出现Ⅳ级骨髓增生及以下的患者比例为87.34%,其中巨核系多没有发生明显的变化。结论由于全血细胞减少症属于十分常见的造血系统疾病,通过骨髓细胞学的检查方式可以获得良好的诊断价值。 Objective To evaluate the value of bone marrow cytology in the diagnosis of pancytopenia. Methods A total of 100 patients with pancytopenia were randomly selected from a hospital from May 2017 to May 2018. All the patients who participated in the study were informed and signed to confirm, and then they were examined on bone marrow cytology. Finally, the etiology was summarized. Results There were 45 cases of pancytopenia, accounting for 45.00%.The proportion of Grade III myelodysplasia was 34.44%, and Grade IV myelodysplasia and below was 12.34%. In addition,there were many patients of abnormal bone marrow morphology, including white blood cells and mega-juvenile erythrocyte which had different degrees of pathological hematopoiesis. There were 55 cases of complete hematocytopenia caused by nonhematopoietic diseases, accounting for 55.00%. The proportion of patients with Grade III myelodysplasia was 65.56%, while the proportion of patients with Grade IV myelodysplasia and below was 87.34%. There was no significant change in megakaryocytes. Conclusion Since pancytopenia is a very common hematopoietic system disease, and a good diagnostic value can be obtained by means of bone marrow cytology.
