大学预科生艾滋病相关知识网络教育效果分析 被引量:1

Effect of AIDS related knowledge online education in preparatory college students

摘要 目的对大学新生关于艾滋病知识掌握情况进行调查分析,并测试分层逐步推送的网络模式进行健康教育的效果。方法选取2017年入学的同一批预科生作为调查对象,在新入学不久,实施艾滋病知识宣传教育前调查1次,在教育后调查1次,两次调查共收集到关于艾滋病知识问卷调查表1 992份和1 986份。结果对艾滋病是传染病、输入带有艾滋病病毒血液能否被感染、多性伴侣会增加HIV感染率等艾滋病一般知识知晓率在受教育前后平均值为92.47%和99.1%(χ^2=6.22,P<0.05)。但对于目前艾滋病能否治愈、是否有预防HIV感染疫苗、HIV感染患者未发病时是否具有传染性等知识,在受教育前后的知晓率平均值为52.97%和91.53%(χ^2=37.98,P<0.05)。经新模式教育后,关于艾滋病知识的正确认识率都有极大提高,基本达到90%以上。对艾滋病的态度方面,愿意和艾滋病携带者一起生活和学习的不到50%,经教育后也不超过55%。值得警惕的是"恋爱前询问对方是否携带HIV"和"恋爱前告诉对方自己是否携带HIV"两项在教育前分别是32.7%和22.3%,经教育后也只有41.7%和32.6%。结论分层逐步推送的网络教育模式能极大地提高大学生对艾滋病的正确认知。 Objective To investigate the current status of AIDS related knowledge in preparatory college students and test the effect of the hierarchical and progressive online education mode. Methods The preparatory college students in2017 were selected as the survey objects, and before and after the AIDS related knowledge online education, they were investigated by questionnaires. Results There were 1 992 and 1 986 responses before and after the online education, respectively.The average awareness rates of general AIDS related knowledge, such as "Is AIDS an infectious disease?","Whether a person can be infected by transfusion of HIV blood?" etc., were 92.47% and 99.1% before and after the education respectively(χ~2=6.22, P<0.05). The average awareness rates of special AIDS related knowledge, such as "Can AIDS be cured?","Is there a AIDS vaccination?","Is there infectivity of a person with HIV who does not get sick?", were 52.97% and 91.53% before and after the education respectively(χ~2=37.98, P<0.05). In terms of attitudes towards AIDS, before the education, the proportion of people who were willing to live and study with HIV carriers was less than 50%, and after the education, the proportion was no more than 55%. The proportions of two items of "Asking the partner if he/she has HIV before love affair" and "Telling the partner whether he/she has HIV before love affair" were 32.7% and 22.3% respectively before the education, and after the education, the proportions were only 41.7% and 32.6%, respectively. Conclusion The proposed hierarchical and progressive online education mode can greatly improve the awareness of AIDS among college students.
