摘要
目的探究护士分层级管理模式对提高护理管理质量的作用。方法选取该院2016年1月—2018年12月期间的护理工作人员62名,其中31名接受常规护理管理,为对照组;另外31名接受护士分层管理模式,为观察组。比较分析两组护理人员的操作能力评分、理论知识评分、护理管理质量、护理差错发生率以及护理管理满意度。结果观察组护理管理满意度、操作能力评分、理论知识评分以及护理管理质量评分均高于对照组,其护理差错发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在护理管理工作中采用护士分层级管理模式能够有效提高护理人员的工作能力和管理质量,降低护理差错发生率,患者投诉,值得临床推广。
Objective To explore the effect of nurses'hierarchical management mode on improving the quality of nursing management.Methods A total of 62 nursing staff members were selected from January 2016 to December 2018 in our hospital.Among them,31 patients received routine nursing management as the control group.The other 31 patients underwent stratified management mode for the observation group.The two groups of nursing staff's operational ability score,theoretical knowledge score,nursing management quality,nursing error incidence rate and nursing management satisfaction were compared and analyzed.Results The nursing management satisfaction,operational ability score,theoretical knowledge score and nursing management quality score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group.The incidence of nursing error was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of nurses hierarchical management mode in nursing management can effectively improve the work ability and management quality of nursing staff,reduce the incidence of nursing errors,patient complaints,and deserve clinical promotion.
