医院环境微生物气溶胶分布特性与健康风险评价 被引量:14

摘要 为探明医院环境微生物气溶胶对人体健康的影响,采用Anderson六级空气微生物采样器(PSW6),对医院不同功能区域空气微生物采样,分析气溶胶浓度及其粒径中值直径特性,评价环境健康风险.结果表明,医院不同区域微生物浓度和粒径存在差异,呼吸科病房、中心花园和门诊大厅空气总微生物气溶胶浓度均值分别为1243±102CFU/m^3、1117±104CFU/m^3和1211±94CFU/m^3,其中细菌含量介于71.80%~82.15%之间,明显高于真菌和放线菌(P<0.05).微生物中值粒径分布关系为细菌>真菌>放线菌.健康风险程度为呼吸科病区病房>门诊大厅>中心花园,在所有采样点男性呼吸和皮肤感染风险明显高于女性,这一结果可作为医院控制空气质量和疾病传播的基础数据. In order to investigate the effects of microbial aerosols on human health in hospital,microbe were collected by Andersen six-levels of air microorganism sampler(PSW-6)to analyze the concentration,median particle diameter characteristic and health risks of microbial aerosols in different functional areas.The results showed that the concentration and grain diameter of microbial aerosol were different in different area of hospital.The average values of total microbial aerosol concentration in the respiratory ward,central garden and outpatient hall were 1 243±102 CFU/m^3,1 117±104 CFU/m^3 and 1 211±94 CFU/m^3 respectively.The bacteria content was 71.80%~82.15%which is significantly higher than that of fungus and actinomyces(P<0.05).The median diameter distribution of microbial aerosols was higher in bacteria than in fungi,and higher in fungi than in actinomyces.The health risk was higher in the ward of respiratory ward than in outpatient hall while higher in outpatient hall than in central garden.The risk of respiratory and skin infection was significantly higher for men than for women at all sampling points.The results could provide some basic data for hospitals to control air quality and the spread of disease.
