摘要
近年来,我国出现了老龄化问题日趋严重的现象,人口老龄化趋势已呈逐年递增态势。面对人口数量日益增长的老年人群,社会中出现了越来越多的养老机构,与此相对应的适老化理念下的养老建筑空间设计技术也备受当代人们的关注,人们力图为广大老年人群提供一个舒适、惬意的养老居住环境。下面,本文就我国养老建筑空间设计的现状展开分析与讨论,并提出一些基于适老化理念的养老建筑空间设计的设计原则及具体的设计细则,旨在帮助我国适老化理念的养老建筑空间的设计工作者设计出更加符合老年人群实际需求的养老建筑空间。
In recent years,there has been a serious phenomenon of aging in China,and the trend of population aging is increasing year by year.Faced with the increasing population of the elderly,there are more and more pension institutions in society.Accordingly,the space design technology of pension buildings under the concept of elderly-orientation has attracted much attention of the people in contemporary,who try to provide a comfortable living environment for the majority of the elderly.Following,this paper analyses and discusses the present situation of the space design of the elderly care buildings in China,and puts forward some design principles and detailed design rules based on the concept of elderly-orientation.The purpose is to help the space designers of the elderly care buildings with the concept of elderlyorientation to design the elderly care building space more in line with the actual needs of the elderly.
