摘要
目的:观察血府逐瘀汤加减联合西药治疗变异型心绞痛的效果。方法:选取变异型心绞痛患者81例,应用随机数字表法分成A、B、C三组各27例;A组用常规西药治疗,B组用血府逐瘀汤加减治疗,C组用西药联合血府逐瘀汤加减治疗,治疗8周,随访12个月;应用24小时动态心电图观察心率变异情况,对比三组治疗效果。结果:(1)治疗前,三组HRV时域指标、频域比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后三组上述指标均较治疗前改善,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),但A、B组组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),C组改善程度优于A、B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(2)C组临床疗效总有效率为96.3%,较A、B组(74.1%、70.4%)高,组间数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),A、B组两组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。(3)A组复发率高于B、C组,B组高于C组,三组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:应用血府逐瘀汤加减联合西药治疗变异型心绞痛患者的效果优于单纯常规西药治疗或单纯血府逐瘀汤加减治疗效果。
Objective:To observe effects of Xuefu Zhuyu decoction combined with western medicine in treatment of variant angina pectoris.Methods:81 patients with variant angina pectoris were enrolled,and were divided into three groups according to the random number table method,27 cases in each group:A,B,and C.Group A was treated with the conventional western medicine,group B was treated with Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction,and group C was treated with western medicine combined with Xuefu Zhuyu decoction.All these patients were treated for 8 weeks and followed up for 12 months.Heart rate variability was observed by 24-hour dynamic electrocardiogram,and the total effective rates and recurrence rates of the three groups were compared.Results:(1)Before the treatment,there were no significant differences in the HRV time domain indexes and frequency domain indexes among the three groups(P>0.05).After the treatment,the levels of the above indexes of the three groups were improved compared to those before the treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).However,there were no significant differences between the A and B groups(P>0.05).The improvement of group C was better than those of group A and group B,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)The total effective rate in group C was 96.3%,which was higher than those in group A and B(74.1%,70.4%),and the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.01);however,the difference between groups A and B was not significant(P>0.05).(3)The recurrence rate of group A was higher than those of groups B and C,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:Xuefu Zhuyu decoction combined with western medicine in the treatment of variant angina pectoris is superior to single conventional western medicine or single Xuefu Zhuyu decoction.
