基于SBM-GIS的绿色发展效率评价及时空分异研究——以中原城市群为例 被引量:25

摘要 绿色发展效率是衡量区域绿色可持续发展水平的重要指标。文章以中原城市群30个城市为研究对象,探究其绿色发展效率水平及时空分异特征。首先,从时间维度出发,分别从静态和动态角度运用超效率SBM模型和Malmquist指数对2007—2016年中原城市群的绿色发展效率进行评价,结果表明,中原城市群整体绿色发展水平不高,2016年绿色发展效率的均值仅为0.809,10年间技术进步对绿色发展效率的影响较大。其次,从空间的角度出发,利用空间分析技术探究中原城市群绿色发展的时空分异特征,结果表明,中原城市群各城市之间存在较为明显的地区差异,在空间上呈现“西北外围高,南部较低”的特征,各城市间的相互作用偏弱,绿色发展效率较高的城市对周围区域的辐射带动作用不强。最后,提出了提高中原城市群绿色发展效率的对策建议。 Green development efficiency is an important index to measure the level of regional green sustainable development. Taking 30 cities of the Central Plains Urban Agglomeration as the research object,this paper explores the level of green development efficiency and the characteristics of spatial-temporal differentiation.Starting from the time dimension,this paper evaluates the green development efficiency of the Central Plains urban agglomeration in 2007-2016 by using the super SBM model and Malmquist index from the static and dynamic perspectives.The results show that the overall green development level of the Central Plains urban agglomeration is not high,the average green development efficiency is only 0.809 in 2016,and the technological progress has a greater impact on the green development efficiency in the past ten years.Secondly,from the spatial point of view,the spatial-temporal characteristics of the green development of the Central Plains urban agglomeration are explored by using spatial analysis technique.The results show that there are obvious regional differences among the cities of the Central Plains urban agglomeration,showing the characteristics of “higher in the northwest periphery,lower in the south”.The interaction between the cities is weak,and the radiation of the prefecture-level cities with higher efficiency to the surrounding areas is weak.The driving force is not strong.Finally,the countermeasures and suggestions to improve the green development efficiency of the Central Plains urban agglomeration are put forward.
