摘要
目前,隧道仰拱模板一般采用带有弧度的小模板拼装而成,而高瓦斯隧道考虑到瓦斯隔离的需要,仰拱衬砌背后设置有瓦斯隔离板和防水板,采用传统方法难以满足要求,亟待探索出一套高瓦斯隧道全封闭复合式衬砌仰拱施工技术。本文依托渝黔铁路老周岩隧道,提出了一种新型的整体式弧形模板结构形式。比对传统工艺,该工艺有效解决了瓦斯溢出的问题,而且提高了工效,减少了材料用量和施工成本,确保了仰拱的施工质量,同时具有安全可靠、环保美观的特点。
At present, the inverted arch tunnel template is usually assembled with a radian small template.However, in light of the need of gas isolation, the back of invert arch lining is equipped with gas isolation plate and waterproof plate in high gas tunnel.It is difficult to meet the requirements by using traditional methods.Therefore, it is urgent to explore a set of construction technology of invert arch lining with completely closed complex type in high gas tunnel.Basing on the old Zhouyan Tunnel of Chongqing-Guiyang Railway, the author presents a new type of integral arc-shaped fonnwork structure.Compared with the traditional process, this process can effectively solve the problem of gas overflow, improve the efficiency, reduce the material consumption and construction cost, and ensure the quality of invert construction.Meanwhile, it has the characteristics of safety, reliability, environmental protection and aesthetics.
